The facility spans approximately 16,000 sq. meters, encompassing the main plant, office spaces, utility structures, and associated roadworks. Constructed using reinforced concrete cement (RCC) frameworks and steel structures, it is designed to support heavy industrial operations and ensure long-term durability.

The scope of work shall comprise of Clearing the site including demolition of any existing structures Building a retaining wall and compound wall around the plot Filling the plot to the desired level as indicated by the Engineer-in-Charge. Constructing the factory building and other ancillary buildings as per drawings provided Clearing the site of any debris left by construction activities.
